Oh man, we're big on the pizza lately. I think we've quasi-officially decided to have pizza every other week.
The Crust: Vegan with a Vengeance recipe, using spelt flour.
Thai Spinach: Thai tahini sauce inspired by this recipe, wilted spinach, red onions and mozzarella daiya.
Italian-style: Marinara sauce, TVP, garlic, red onion, coconut bacon, a mix of cheddar and mozzarella daiya, and red pepper flakes.
SWAP: There's still plenty of time to sign-up if you're interested ;) I will update the list as I receive e-mails and comments from those interested.

pizza every other week isnt tha bad!(says the girl who eats the same thing daily for weeks on end)
Haha, it depends on whether I actually take time to make the dough so that we can have it every other week. It tastes so good and lasts so long! These two babies last for 3 1/2 meals.
We're definitely good at repeat meals that take very little time ;)
Both pizzas look awesome. I love the Thai style one with tahini sauce...fantastic idea! I'm also intrigued by coconut bacon...sounds interesting. Do you make it or buy it?
Rose ~ Thanks! Made it actually (the coconut bacon). I will be sure to post about it soon! It's actually really good!
You changed your blog layout! I like it! :)
Coconut bacon? Why have I never heard of such thing before? Did you buy it or make it yourself? *WANT*
Well, if I had bothered to read your comments I would have seen that you already answered the coconut bacon question. *embawassed*
River ~ Haha, no worries! Thanks! I'm experimenting a little with the layout :)
Ciao Caddie,
thank you for the visit :-).
Pizza with tahini must be good! I never tried! Can you tell me what are mozzarella and cheddar daiya? Is daiya a brand for vegan cheese?
ciao
Alessandra
Gulp!!!! I spelled your name Caddie instead of Cassie!! BIG typo!
Please forgive me!!!
I know now what to do with my spelt flour.
Oooh I'm also curious about the coconut bacon. Look forward to seeing the recipe.
Alessandra - No worries! Daiya is a brand of vegan cheese. It melts quite well and has a great taste. Also, it contains no soy. If I remember correctly, the main ingredient is tapioca.
Mango - We've been using spelt flour for most things lately, actually :) I will definitely post about coconut bacon soon!
Hello Ms Fox! It is looking great around here. Love the tahini idea as I longer eat gluten or dairy by choice. Stay well!
