Below I have posted the ingredient amounts we used for the Peanut Butter Chocolate. Check out the original recipe and see more pics on Averie's site.
Here are some images of our trials with chocolate and walnuts:
For one large bar of Coconut Oil Peanut Butter Chocolate I used:
3 T. Coconut Oil
4 T. Agave or Brown Rice Syrup (agave will be sweeter, so accommodate your tastes)
2 t. Vanilla
5 T. Cocoa Powder
1 1/2 T. Peanut Butter
Heat oil and sweetener in microwave until coconut oil is melted. Stir in Vanilla, then cocoa and lastly peanut butter. Freeze until hard. That's it!
So what are you waiting for? This stuff is quick, easy, and delicious!

Oh! This looks SO GOOD! Would it be quite low in calories, do you think? (Just kidding! I'm going to have to try it anyway!)

I have all of these ingredients on hand and feel this recipe pulling me to try it out! (You had me at "chocolate"--and again with "peanut butter".) Yum, can't wait to test this one out!
yum. I love chocolate. Love it.
That looks amazing!
I love this recipe! I have been using it for a couple of years now and even make my own version of no bake cookies with it. :)
It is good to see an S-town vegan. I am from there, but I moved to Colorado a few years ago. I commend you for your diet, I know how hard it can be in the midwest! Say hello to Mama Jean's and Well Fed for me! (Also, have any good vegan eating places opened in the past few years? I will have to explore when I make another home visit.)
